The LIFEPAK® 1000 is exclusively equipped with CPR MAX™ technology, enabling care providers the flexibility with the most configurations available to choose CPR settings that best accommodate your patients evolving standards of care which minimizes CPR interruptions by allowing compressions to continue during AED charging.

Recently published clinical data shows a relationship between increased compression fraction and survival to hospital discharge, and the 2010 AHA Guidelines place a strong emphasis on high-quality CPR. With the LIFEPAK® 1000, you have more control over the CPR you provide in lifesaving settings than ever before.

Rugged, vehicle-friendly construction

The LIFEPAK® 1000 is designed and built LIFEPAK TOUGH™, the toughest, the most durable AED ever built by Physio-Control. Built to ride along in any vehicle without damage from continuous vibrations and other movement, the LIFEPAK® 1000 withstands rigorous drop-testing from any angle and is enclosed in a highly protective, semi-rigid carry case with bumpers for maximum durability in the harshest environments. In addition, the LIFEPAK® 1000 has received an IP55 rating—the highest available AED rating signifying protection from external elements.

Powerful and easy to use

The LIFEPAK® 1000 can escalate energy up to 360J with ADAPTIV™ Biphasic Truncated Exponential Waveform, with voltage and current duration compensation, for patients who need more than one shock. Studies show that for difficult-to-defibrillate patients, repeating 200J shocks yields significantly lower VF termination rates. And the 2010 AHA Guidelines note that rescuers may consider using escalating energy up to 360J if initial shocks at a lower dose aren’t working. The new, non-rechargeable battery pack has a fast shock charge time - charges to 200 joules in less than 7 seconds, 360 joules in less than 12 seconds and provides battery power for up to 220 shocks – delivering 17 hours of monitoring time.

Compatibility and connectivity

The LIFEPAK® 1000 is compatible & interchangeable with other Physio-Control electrodes pads, monitors and services which save time during transfer of care from lay rescuer to EMS to the hospital. It internally, digitally records patient data up to 2 events, including up to 40 minutes of ECG rhythm and delivered shocks. Post-event patient and performance data can be easily viewed, analyzed. This information can help improve future care by enabling teams to review performance and target training areas. Recorded data may be transferred from the defibrillator to a PC using an infrared connection. The PC must have LIFENET® products installed to collect and managed with CODE-STAT data review software.

Customized Care for Your Patient

The LIFEPAK® 1000 is simple to use for any trained responder, but it also provides an easy, highly compatible transition to ALS care teams. A semi-automatic model that can be operated in either of three modes: AED mode, Manual (Requires ECG display option) mode, and ECG mode (Requires ECG display option) making it easy for BLS and ALS teams to work in sync with the touch of a button. The shock counter gives next level care teams insight into treatment provided.

LIFEPAK 1000 Battery Options

A non-rechargeable lithium manganese dioxide (Li/MnO2) battery is best suited for low-use applications.
A Rechargeable Lithium-ion (Li-ion) battery is best suited for high-use defibrillator applications, such as fire departments and ambulance services. It requires periodic recharging by an external battery charger.
Both batteries have indicators that show the approximate state of charge. To save battery life if the defibrillator is accidentally turned on or left on, the defibrillator automatically turns off if it is not connected to a patient and no buttons are pressed for 5 minutes.

Returns Policy

Product returns require the Seller’s prior written permission and issuance of a return material authorization number (RMA) before any product is returned and must be within 30 days. Contact the factory in your country for an RMA number. The factory will review your request. All approved returns must include the original invoice number, freight must be prepaid, and the return must be received less than 6 months after the original shipment date. Seller has the right to refuse to accept the return of any goods. Goods that are made to order, special orders, of obsolete design, or used goods will not be accepted for return. All return credits, if, as, and when issued, and except in the case of Seller’s shipping error, will be subject to Seller’s normal minimum return charge of 30% . Final acceptance of returned goods is subject to examination at the factory, including such examination as is required to determine the condition of goods. All returned goods remain the customer’s property and responsibility until such time (if any) as a credit memo has been issued. Seller will notify Buyer with reasonable promptness if a decision has been made not to issue credit. Any refund issued will be less freight any and all applicable freight charges. Any debit note amount that is deducted from payment without an accompanying Seller-issued credit note will be re-invoiced with a $50.00 surcharge for each debit note item, plus any applicable interest charges. In such cases it will then be Buyer’s responsibility to provide disposal instructions within five days, failing which returned product and materials will be scrapped. *Unfortunately, due to hygiene reasons, fabric face masks may not be returned once shipped.

All orders which require shipping to a customer will automatically be sent prepaid with Canada Post unless otherwise specified. Freight charges vary depending on your shipment weight & dimensions, destination address and shipping agreement in place at time of order.
